What is Hubsly?
Your agency’s portal: clients, partners, projects, tasks, tickets, proposals, invoices, documents and the WordPress sites you maintain, all in one place. Your clients sign in under your brand and see only their own.
Who is it for?
Freelancers with recurring clients, small agencies of 2 to 8 people, agencies that maintain WordPress sites, and studios or consultancies of up to 50 people.
How do I get started?
Sign up your agency at hubsly.app, your portal is ready and you start adding clients, projects and sites. Migrate gradually if you like: there’s no trial that runs out.
How much does it cost?
There’s a Free plan that never expires, needs no card and includes every module. Starter is US$12 a month and Pro US$35, per agency. You pay for volume, for removing the "by Hubsly" branding and for e-invoicing, not per module.
Does Free expire or need a card?
No. Free is a plan, not a trial: it never expires, needs no card and includes every module. The only limits are volume and the "by Hubsly" branding.
Is pricing per user or per agency?
Per agency, per month, in US$. Each plan includes a number of users; extra ones are added per seat (US$3 on Starter, US$2 on Pro).
What if I hit a limit?
You keep everything you have and can keep viewing and editing it. You just can’t create more of that kind until you upgrade or delete some. Data is never deleted because of a plan change.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, with a 20% discount: Starter comes to US$10 a month and Pro to US$30.
Do clients see Hubsly?
Your brand: your logo and colors. On Free the portal lives at hubsly.app/your-agency with a small "by Hubsly" badge; from Starter you use your own domain, and on Pro the badge is gone.
What exactly does a partner see?
The information for the clients they brought in: projects, maintenance, tickets, invoices and metrics. Never the agency’s direct clients or another partner’s.
How much does it cost to open the portal to my clients?
Nothing extra: the client portal is on every plan, Free included, and there’s no charge per client who signs in.
Is my data secure?
Each agency has its own separate space. HTTPS with HSTS, encrypted passwords, rate-limited sign-in attempts and a log of who views sensitive data. And you can always export your data, on any plan.
Can I leave with my data?
Always. Data export works on every plan, and you can close your account from the hub or by writing to us.
Are my clients’ credentials protected?
Notes and data marked as sensitive have an access log: it records who viewed them, when and from where. And only the roles you define can see them.
