Your agency’s information, kept safe
What we do to protect what you put in Hubsly, and the safeguards you have. In plain language, no fine print.
Each agency has its own space
What you add stays separate from other agencies. Your clients and partners sign in with their own access and see only what’s theirs.
- No data is ever mixed between agencies
- A client never sees another client
- A partner sees only their own
The measures we take
Six things that are on for every account, on every plan.
Data separated by agency
Hubsly is multi-agency: each one lives in its own space. What’s yours is yours, and no one else sees it.
Always encrypted
Everything goes over mandatory HTTPS with HSTS. Hubsly can’t be used without encryption.
Encrypted passwords
We never store passwords in plain text. Not even we can read them.
Rate-limited sign-in attempts
After several failed attempts, access is throttled. It stops brute-force attacks.
A log of who looks at what
Every time someone views credentials or data marked as sensitive, it’s logged with the date, time and origin.
Roles and permissions
Each user has a role and sees what fits it. Clients and partners, only their own. How the portal works →
Your safeguards
Commitments that don’t depend on the plan you choose.
Export it whenever you want, on any plan. No one should be locked into a tool they can’t leave.
Go over a limit and you keep everything. You just can’t add more of that kind until you upgrade.
Every day we make an automatic backup of the whole platform. If something fails, we restore your information from the most recent copy.
Hubsly runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with continuous uptime monitoring to catch any outage and fix it fast.
Close your account from the hub or by writing to us. Export whatever you need first.
Any change to plans or limits is announced 30 days ahead and recorded, with its date, in the version history.
What’s up to your agency
Security takes two. Four simple habits that make a difference.
Strong, unique passwords
One per person; never shared over chat.
The right role for each user
Not everyone needs to see invoices or credentials.
Remove people who leave
When someone leaves the agency, so does their access.
Check the access log
If something looks off, it shows who viewed what and when.
Security questions

Export it whenever you want, on any plan, and close your account from the hub or by writing to us. [To be defined: how long data is kept after an account is closed.]
Notes and data marked as sensitive have an access log: it records who viewed them, when and from where. And only the roles you define can see them.
[To be defined with legal review: GDPR in Spain, Law 25,326 in Argentina, data processor role and agreements with providers.] In the meantime, the privacy policy describes what data we process and why.
